Attorney Lynn A. Pellegrino has been practicing law since 1988. She has limited her practice solely to the area of family law, including all aspects of divorce, custody matters, parenting plans, and financial matters. She is often appointed by judges and attorneys to represent the best interests of children whose parents are involved in contested visitation or custody matters.
In addition to having extensive experience in divorce trial work, Attorney Pellegrino has received advanced training in both divorce mediation and collaborative divorce. This allows the client the option of choosing a more cooperative approach, thus giving the client more control over the decision-making process. Clients will make a choice of how best to proceed with their matter after careful consideration of all options available.
